Eva Hirsch Pontes is a licensed psychologist and holds a graduate certificate in Marketing. She earned her Coach certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, Santa Barbara, California. Eva holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, as well as the ESIA Individual Supervision Accreditation from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Eva also works as invited faculty at two of the most prestigious business schools in Brazil - Fundação Dom Cabral and The COPPEAD Graduate School of Business.

Eva started her career in the export department of Glaxo in England, and subsequently worked for 26 years as an executive for a medium-size Brazilian family-owned business in the shipping industry, holding several key positions including director and board member.
In 2000, she began working as an Institutional Development Officer at The COPPEAD Graduate School of Business of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, an EQUIS accredited business school and one of the top 100 in the Financial Times full-time MBA 2006 and 2007 world rankings. Main responsibilities included Marketing and Fundraising activities, as well as coordination of the Personal & Career Development Program for the full-time MBA students.
Eva works in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, coaching C-suite, senior level executives as well as high potentials in Global and Brazilian corporations acting in different industries, like Oil & Gas, automotive, healthcare, utilities, insurance, amongst others. Eva also coaches members of family-owned businesses to help implement succession plans.
